HAVE YOU HEARD?
The BUZZ WORD of the moment is "EARTHING"
....some may even refer to it as "GROUNDING"
.WHAT DOES IT MEAN?
In simple terms it means connecting with the EARTH
, not in a spiritual way as such....but ACTUALLY CONNECTING
Our bodies are electrically charged. We are constantly in environments that are full of positive electrons or create positive electrons within us (mobile phones, computers, rubber soled shoes...). These free radicals build up and as recent research suggests...could be contributing to an unbalanced, unhealthy body system. WHAT CAN I DO ABOUT IT?

is all you need. Go outside, feel the grass between your toes, have a walk around as the earth beneath you massages your tired feet. The ground has negative electrons that will balance out all the "built up" positive electrons in your body. Wet ground is best.

I had actually heard something similar to this theory years ago, that when you go to the beach, the air is supposed to be negatively charged and therefore balances out your body and you FEEL GOOD
. Let's face it, who doesn't feel fantastic after a day spent at the beach?

Even a spot of gardening (gloves off) can ensure this earthly connection will make you feel better. BENEFITS OF EARTHING

It makes sense to me. Maybe that's why we all seem happier in the summer months as we all have more opportunity to go outside, whereas during winter we are usually covered head to toe and stay indoors. I have to admit, while writing this my body is literally yearning to be outside and connect. BEST NEWS:
