  PILLOW TALK

Have you ever experienced ongoing, unexplained aches and pains?
Do you blame it on an aging body, stress and fatigue?

  MY STORY

For quite a few months I had been experiencing such pain. It was deep in my right shoulder. Not being a sickly person, I tried to shake it off and ignore my body.
The pain was like a strained muscle pain, deep inside the shoulder blade. (Go figure....I wasn't doing ANY physical activity at that point)
I was making regular trips to my wonderful chiropractor who would have me feeling good for a few days and then I was back to being unable to lift my arm properly. 
  
  THEN THIS HAPPENED...

Out shopping one day, I saw a massive display of pillows for sale. It was like they were drawing me in, wanting to catch my attention. In the back of my mind I was aware that my pillows at home were in need of replacement, so I went to have a look. 

                                                       
  HOW CONFUSING

The variety of pillows available these days is crazy. I didn't quite know where to start, so I thought about what I liked most in a pillow. I chose the combination FIRM/HIGH pillow. As an added bonus the cover blurb told me that the pillow I had chosen was a good choice for those who sleep on their side. I purchased the pillow without too much more thought.

 
  DISCOVERY

Over the next few nights, I felt that my pillow was nice to sleep on. The height took a bit of getting used to but I felt rested and relaxed each morning. The pillow is labelled FIRM, yet it is not tough.... a perfect fit for me! 


  SOMETHING ELSE

The NEXT thing I became aware of was ..............MY LACK OF SHOULDER PAIN. Could this have been my problem all along? Had I been sleeping on the wrong pillow choice for my sleeping style? I can't say for sure if this is the reason for my improved condition but WOW I feel much better! 

  ONE MORE THING
