I WANT TO EAT YOU - RIGHT NOW

CAN'T GET ENOUGH OF.... RIGHT NOW!

I have a kind of  FOOD OBSESSION at the moment.... well, it's more of a TASTE/TEXTURE CRAVING to be precise. You will uncover FIVE of the items that are MUST HAVES on my grocery list each week. Yes, I can't believe it myself, but most of the items are actually..... wait for it..............

                                                              GOOD FOR YOU!

1. LICORICE : Ricci
I have been a licorice nut since I was a kid. Not just any old licorice, it HAS to be the "Ricci" brand. Made in Australia, 98% fat free, soft & chewy twists, traditionally flavoured. The only problem now is that it is sooooooo hard to track down. My local grocery stores, in all their wisdom, have decided to cease stocking this product in favour of their own label. I have, however, managed to keep my supplies up courtesy of BIG W - of all places.

2. OLIVES - CHILLI & GARLIC INFUSED
Best bought from your local deli, so they are nice and fresh, these little balls of heaven are bursting with flavour. You can add them to a salad, cheese platter or eat them straight out of the tub like I do.

3. DARK CHOCOLATE - LINDT EXTRA DARK
Who can't resist a little chocolate every now and then? The healthiest option is to go for the DARKvariety. I have gradually moved up on the scale to 85% cocoa.... if you are NEW to dark chocolate you may wish to start on a lower percentage until your taste buds get used to it. The LINDT brand offers luxuriously smooth intense flavoured squares. (The beauty of dark chocolate is that the flavours are so rich that a couple of squares are enough to satisfy without the risk of devouring the whole block.)

4. NUTS - LUCKY 30g boxes
I have TWO favourites in this brand: Almond & Cranberry combo and Walnuts, Cashews & Almonds.
These mini packs are measured out perfectly for daily health requirements. They are handy to keep in your bag for a quick healthy snack when that 3pm slump kicks in.

5. SALAD DRESSING - RED KELLYS SWEET CHILLI & LIME
So proud of my most recent discovery! I was getting a little tired of the balsamic dressing we were using and stumbled upon this tasty treat. The product is Heart Foundation Approved & made in Tasmania.
The blend of sweet chilli and lime offers a tongue tantalising tartness.....we have literally been through bottles of this stuff already. I even have the lady at the checkout buying it now!!!!!!

There you have it! These are my TOP FIVE shopping trolley must haves of THE MOMENT.
What are YOUR grocery must haves? Are they similar to mine? Let me know & comment below.
